Driving Directions:
1. From Downtown Paducah - Head south on Lone Oak Road (Highway 45). Medical Center is located on the left before you pass Lourdes.2. From Highway 45 South or the Mayfield Area - Head north on Highway 45 through Lone Oak. Proceed through traffic light at Lourdes (on right). Medical Center will be on right past Lourdes.
3. From I-24 Going East (From Barkley Airport) - Take Exit 7 and go past Paducah Community and Technical College to next traffic light. Turn left onto Hwy 45 N. Proceed through traffic light at Lourdes (on right). Medical Center will be on right past Lourdes.
4. From I-24 Going West (From Nashville) - Take Exit 7. Turn right onto Lone Oak Road. Proceed through traffic light at Lourdes (on right). Medical Center will be on right past Lourdes.
