Four Rivers Clinical Research, Inc. was founded in 1994. Our mission is to perform state of the art clinical research with the highest levels of excellence and integrity. In doing so, we will contribute to the development of novel, safe, and effective therapies which will advance the quality of patient care in our region and beyond.
What To Expect
If you decide to participate in a clinical trial, you will be assigned a treatment team. This team will consist of a dedicated study physician and other research staff. Your health & safety will be monitored very closely throughout the trial.
Your team will provide specific instructions and guidance for you during the trial. You may be asked to answer questionnaires, maintain tracking logs, and/or complete certain medical procedures such as labs, ECGs, MRIs, or x-rays. You will also be given clear instructions on how to take your study medication. It is important to follow these instructions to ensure reliable clinical trial data. Your primary care physician and/or specialist can also be notified of your study involvement and progress.
Everything necessary to complete the trial will be provided to you at no cost.
All data obtained in a clinical trial is extremely beneficial for the advancement of new treatment options for future generations. All currently prescribed medications have been through this same process.
