Brittany Walker

Site Manager, RMA
Brittany has been with Four Rivers Clinical Research since February 2016. She started as the site receptionist and is now Site Manager. Her previous work as a dental assistant confirmed her love for the medical field and inspired her to continue her education. Since 2016, Brittany has earned CNA certification, Phlebotomy certification, an Associate’s Degree in Health Science, and recently became a RMA(AMT) in 2019 after earning her Associates in Medical Assisting degree from Keiser University. Brittany has a friendly and outgoing personality that makes her great with our patients.

Shannon Rochelle

Clinical Research Coordinator, MA
Shannon received her associates in Applied Science and is a medical assistant. She returned to Four Rivers Clinical research in November of 2020. Shannon has a passion for patient care and loves learning and growing in knowledge in the medical field. Shannon looks forward to continue growing in the company and giving excellent patient care to all those she comes into contact with.

McKenzie Farley

Regulatory Documents Administrator
McKenzie started working with medication in 2011 earning her certification as a Certified Pharmacy Technician. She then spent 3 years working with patients that suffered traumatic brain injuries on their medication administration. When the opportunity presented itself, McKenzie entered into the field of clinical research in 2017 as our research assistant. In 2018, McKenzie transitioned into the new role of regulatory documents administrator.

Cecillia Karanja

Receptionist
Cecillia has been in the healthcare field since 2011 earning her CNA certification. She joined the FRCR team in 2023 and looks forward to continuing to grow with the company. Cecillia’s passion is making each patient feel respected, at home and as part of the Four Rivers family

Research Investigator, MD
Dr. Laxmaiah Manchikanti is a board-certified anesthesiologist specializing in interventional pain management and serves as an Investigator for a variety of research studies.

Dr. Christopher Phillips

Research Investigator, MD
Dr. Phillips has served as an investigator with Four Rivers Clinical Research on a variety of indications since 2010. In addition to his research services, Dr. Phillips is also a board-certified rheumatologist at Paducah Rheumatology.

Dr. David Stricklin

Research Investigator, MD
Dr. David Stricklin is a board-certified internal medicine doctor who recently retired as a hospitalist from Mercy Health Paducah in 2018. He has an extensive clinical research background in a variety of indications and serves as both a Principal Investigator and Sub-Investigator.

Lois Dolan, PT

I have been working as a Physical Therapist in the Paducah area for over 35 years. I have worked with people with various physical dysfunctions in many settings including people with orthopedic and neurological conditions. I enjoy helping people to feel better! Hobbies include: walking, singing, traveling, and visiting with friends and family. My husband and I are blessed with a loving family including 2 grandsons. I am excited to venture into research to help promote wellness in our community.
